Appointment Cancellations

  •   We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  •   No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.


Deposits

  •   Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.


Refund Policy

  •   All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, prepaid packages, or gift cards.
  •   Results vary from person to person; therefore, we cannot guarantee outcomes and do not offer refunds based on individual results or allergic reactions.
